烙記粉麵位置與過往的蘇記相同，店員面孔也頗為熟悉，款式與味道延續了不少舊有風格。試了豬雜水餃麵，無論豬雜處理或水餃味道，都有舊時蘇記七成以上的水準，令人懷念。 整體屬於舊派粉麵店的味道，樸實但有火喉，是值得支持的地道好味道。 Lok Kee Noodles now occupies the same spot as the former So Kee, and even the staff and menu feel familiar. The overall style and flavors seem to carry on much of the old-school charm. Tried the mixed pig offal and dumpling noodles — both components had over 70% of the flavor and quality I remember from the So Kee days, which was pleasantly nostalgic. A solid example of traditional Hong Kong noodle shops — simple, comforting, and well-executed. Definitely worth recommending to those who appreciate classic flavors.
