Brunch at this random corner shop we found when we made a spontaneous unplanned trip to Yilan. Curious by its 四神汤, we were surprised with the flavourful soup that contains generous amount of soft and clean intestines and well-boiled barleys. The 豆酱flat noodles topped with minced meat bits and mixed with a little of their sweet sauce is yummy too. All for NTD135.
