I’m a foreigner who can speak a little Chinese but can’t read Chinese characters. I asked the owner, “What do you have?” because I couldn’t read the menu. The owner seemed upset and responded with some Chinese phrases in an angry tone that I couldn’t understand. It was a very bad experience.
