This experience was honestly disappointing. The staff are working in Hong Kong, yet they couldn’t even communicate in basic Cantonese. When I spoke Cantonese, they acted like they didn’t understand at all. I then switched to Mandarin, but the whole interaction still felt very awkward and uncomfortable. In my opinion, if you’re doing business in Hong Kong, you should at least have basic communication skills in the local language. This isn’t just about language ，it’s also about respect for local customers, culture, and basic customer service！ If a store can’t even handle basic communication and service properly, it really doesn’t make people want to come back again. A cozy and charming coffee spot with a welcoming atmosphere. Panda Coffee is a great place to enjoy a quality cup of coffee and relax. The drinks are well made, the service is friendly, and the café has a cute personality that makes it stand out. Their panda cake is adorable, beautifully presented, and adds a fun touch to the visit. The boba milk tea is also delicious, refreshing, and a great choice if you want something sweet alongside your dessert.
