Kwun Tong 觀塘｜Wagyu Donburi 牛霸王 Do you know there are a lot of hidden gems inside these industrial buildings in Kwun Tong? We tried this amazing sukiyaki place along with their famous wagyu donburi! Even in non-peak hour, this place is packed! Here are our recommendation: • 招牌牛肉壽喜燒 From ingredients, to the broth, to the beef, everything is impeccable! Their beef is tender and when dipped in the egg, they melt in your mouth! The tofu and mushrooms are also fantastic and filled with the sukiyaki broth! • / 手打和牛漢堡扒丼飯 This is their signature dish! Mix everything and you will have a wonderful donburi! Not just the steak is delicious, but when mixed with onion, egg, and their secret burger sauce, it just tastes perfect! This is a must-try for everyone! • 大根沙律 This seasonal special salad is so good that I literally cannot stop eating for the entire meal! Make sure to dip them in the salad sauce with the fried garlic for better flavour! • 炸日本菜肉餃子 The skin is so cripsy and pair with the yuja soy sauce, it is so flavrouful with a tiny hint of sourness in it! • & 柚子蜜 & 白桃烏龍 With the hot sukiyaki and the savoury snacks and donburi, some sweet drinks are needed! The yuja tea gives a calming feeling while the peach oolong is refreshing!
