タイペイ市区の賑やかな気分と違く、静かなところに美しい建物の中にあるリラックスできる店。料理も凄く美味しかったです❤️。

Visited Mu Hills 牧山丘 at Dihua Street after being warmly greeted by a friendly and welcoming female staff member outside the restaurant. The elegant and classy exterior, along with her warm hospitality and introduction to the menu, gave us a positive first impression and encouraged us to dine there. Unfortunately, while the ambiance was lovely, the overall dining experience was mixed due to several service issues. We visited as a group of 3 adults and 1 elderly family member, including one adult with a back injury, which made climbing stairs and low sofa seating particularly uncomfortable. After being led up a long staircase, we were initially directed to sofa seating, but chose a regular-height dining table instead as it was more suitable for our group’s physical comfort. After we had settled down, a young male staff member informed us that the table was reserved, although there was no reserved sign displayed. As the sofa seating was not ideal for our group, we initially decided to leave. This meant our elderly family member and injured family member had to carefully make their way back down the stairs. At this point, the female staff member kindly stepped in again, apologised, and made an effort to rearrange seating for us. We appreciated her willingness to help, although it did require us to climb the stairs a second time, which was somewhat inconvenient for our group. Once seated, we ordered: * Beef pasta * Risotto * Roasted chicken We were informed that the roasted chicken would take approximately 20–25 minutes, which we understood. Service during the meal, however, was slower than expected: * Drinks took some time to arrive * Pasta was served first * Chicken arrived later as advised * Risotto was significantly delayed Unfortunately, my risotto order appeared to have been overlooked, resulting in a wait of over an hour while the rest of the table had nearly finished dining. We had to follow up multiple times before receiving clarification, and only later were informed that the order had been missed. While one staff member did apologise when the dish finally arrived, the communication throughout this process could have been more proactive. Given that the restaurant was not overly busy at the time, more attentiveness from the service team—particularly some of the male staff members—would have greatly improved the experience. Additionally, one family member experienced stomach discomfort after the beef pasta, which was disappointing. Considering the food prices were on the higher side, we had hoped for a smoother and more attentive dining experience overall. Positives: * Beautiful ambiance * Warm and welcoming female front staff * Staff made an effort to eventually accommodate seating needs Areas for improvement: * Better communication regarding seating arrangements * More attentiveness and coordination from service staff * Improved order management * Greater sensitivity toward guests with elderly or mobility concerns * More consistent service quality to match the restaurant’s pricing Overall, 牧山丘 has a charming atmosphere and potential, but service consistency—particularly in attentiveness and coordination—could be improved to better match its elegant setting and pricing. Food was acceptable, but for the price point, service improvements would make a significant difference. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

您好，真的很抱歉，服務員不貼心部分，我們總會再三提醒，然而某些員工真心難教導，唉，小編在此再向您道歉，餐點部分，我們食材都會確認新鮮，牛肉更是用油封保持狀態，料理更是以健康為素求，絕對不會濫加添加物，可能牛肉比較難消化，讓其有些不舒服。引起消化不良，我們座位主要在二樓，現狀也無法能裝電梯，雖樓梯不長也會讓人不便之處，這點請海涵，外場人員缺乏經驗，也年輕一輩，較不懂貼心處理，讓您們這樣折騰，這是本店教導不善，再次像您們道歉，也必會再更用心教導員工，以不負期待指教
