這次來到屏東新埤鄉這家討論度很高的狀元羊肉火鍋城，老實說，這是一次非常令人失望且充滿挫折的用餐體驗。雖然這家店的生意確實非常好，人潮擁擠，但這絕對不能成為服務態度極差的藉口。 首先，店家有一個非常不合理的規定：顧客只能點一次餐。這對於想要邊吃邊加點火鍋料的客人來說非常不友善。其次，用餐環境相當普通且擁擠。最讓人難以忍受的是他們的服務態度，我們在用餐過程中需要加湯，向服務人員招手示意了三、四次，完全被忽視。最後我不得不親自起身，走到他們面前要求了好幾遍，他們才勉強過來幫忙加湯。此外，我們點的涼拌羊肚份量少得可憐，完全對不起它的價格。綜合極差的服務、不舒適的環境和極少的份量，這家店的整體性價比非常低。我強烈建議大家不用特地花時間來這裡用餐，附近絕對有更好的選擇。 I recently visited this highly talked-about lamb hot pot restaurant in Pingtung, and to be completely honest, it was a rather frustrating and highly disappointing dining experience. While it is true that the place is always packed with customers, the popularity does not excuse the incredibly poor service attitude of the staff. First of all, they have a bizarre and restrictive rule where you can only order your food once. If you want to add more ingredients to your hot pot later, you are completely out of luck. Secondly, the dining environment is quite subpar, noisy, and cramped. The most annoying part of the night was trying to get a simple broth refill for our hot pot. I politely waved and asked the staff three or four times, and they completely ignored me. I eventually had to get up, walk over to them, and ask multiple times in person just to get some extra soup. As for the food, we ordered the cold tossed lamb tripe, and the portion size was shockingly small. Overall, the value for money here is exceptionally low. Between the terrible service, small portions, and uncomfortable environment, it is definitely not a place I would recommend making a special trip for.
