Exquisite full course dinner experience with local products, and clever combinations. We enjoyed the host and hostess welcoming us into their home in which they have been striving to get the best products from Taitung region to please a few number of lucky guests everyday. We called the day before and luckily the owner speaks a really fluent English. We took the full menu which had more than 7 or 8 courses. The specialty is definitely cooking Chishang rice perfectly. Our favorite was the truffle risotto, it has nothing to envy French or Italian recipes! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,400–1,600
