Zhenfei Coffee Shop (珍妃咖啡) is a cozy cafe tucked away off Fuxing E. Rd in the Songshan district of Taipei. All the ladies here are very friendly. There's also a friendly cat called "Mao Mao," that I always look forward to patting when I visit. In addition to having enjoyed many a nice cafe latte instore, I have also bought many bags of freshly roasted coffee beans here, and I am very happy with the quality. The ladies let me taste test different types of beans before buying. Insofar I have most enjoyed their Indonesian Gao Mandheling (Dark Roast), in addition to a Laos/Columbian/Brazilian blend (Italian Roast). They've also got an Ethiopian/Costa Rican (Medium Roast) which is very unique and pleasant in flavor, almost florally. (pictured below). I'd love to order more coffee beans from them next time I'm in Taiwan. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
