日々忙しく必死な毎日からはなれることができ、とても心地よくゆったりと出来る空間でした。ゆっくりしたい時などな来店されるのが一番かな。これぞ沖縄なお店です。 料理はおひとりで作られているので時間はかかりますが、届くのを楽しみに待ちながらお酒を。なんて過ごし方がいいと思います。お料理も普段は頂けないものばかり。どれも美味しかったです。 お酒に関しては泡盛の種類が多く50種類くらいかな？滅多にお目にかかれないのもあったりしますしクースこと古酒もあり、結婚13年目なので同じ年数のクースを頂きました。 日によっては泡盛マイスターがおられるので聞きながらオススメを呑んだりなどといった楽しみもできます。いつでもおられるわけでは無いのでお問い合わせ、また予約もした方が確実かと。 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: オリオンビール生

As a food enthusiast with a deep love for exploring diverse cuisines, I found myself transported to the enchanting land of Okinawa through the delectable dishes served at this charming establishment. From the moment I stepped inside 琉球'S, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior decor exuded a sense of traditional Okinawan heritage, with its tasteful blend of rustic wooden furnishings, vibrant colors, and beautiful cultural artifacts. It truly set the stage for an authentic culinary adventure. Now, let's talk about the food! The menu at 琉球'S is a delightful homage to Okinawan cuisine, offering a wide range of dishes that capture the essence of the region's culinary traditions. I was spoilt for choice with an array of mouthwatering options, unfortunately there’s no English menu, trust Google translate. One dish that stole my heart was the stir fried pork loin with black vinegar, a succulent pork belly that practically oozes with lard in my mouth. The balance of flavors was impeccable, with the sweet and savory glaze complementing the tender meat perfectly. It was a true indulgence. Another standout dish was the duo of tofu that is soaked in sake created a harmonious blend of flavors that delighted my taste buds. Each bite was a delightful medley of textures and tastes, showcasing the essence of Okinawan cuisine. The grilled chicken was way too salty for my likingnonetheless it was juicy and tender. My god the grilled tuna was huge!! Not overly cooked and had the right flavour. The attentive and knowledgeable staff at 琉球'S deserve a special mention. They were not only friendly and welcoming, one of them can converse in English. In terms of value, 琉球'S offers an incredible dining experience at a reasonable price point. The quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail in presentation, and the overall ambiance make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Okinawa in Ebina. To sum it up, 琉球'S is a culinary treasure that brings the flavors of Okinawa to life in the heart of Ebina. From the first bite to the last, I was enthralled by the authenticity and artistry that went into each dish. Whether you're a connoisseur of Okinawan cuisine or simply looking to embark on a new culinary adventure, 琉球'S is an absolute must-visit. Five stars without a doubt!
