I visited you around 3pm on a holiday. The shaved ice season is almost over, but I wanted to eat the last snow ice cream from Ike. I don't really understand how it's different from shaved ice, but it looked delicious so I came here to try it. When you enter the store, you will see various Korean ingredients such as rice cakes and kimchi lined up along the wall. I didn't really feel like I could eat anything, but I was confident that I could eat and drink from the table and chairs placed in the center and the empty snow ice cream containers placed on top of them. Since I wanted to pay in advance, I ordered peach and mango snow ice cream at the register. Completed in 4 minutes. It looks somewhat like shaved ice, but you'll be surprised when you take a bite. It's more than fluffy and just like the name suggests, it's like snow. The special ice cream is shaved, and it's extremely fine-grained and contains air, so it melts as soon as you put it in your mouth. The way it melts is not fluffy, but rather thick, so it's like drinking extremely rich juice. This is an amazing new texture. Ike-san has a lot of cutouts from nearby high schools posted on the walls, giving it the feel of a place for local students to hang out. If you want to eat delicious snow ice cream, this is the place for you.
