This is a terrible Chinese dessert store. Service was non-existent. They have a whole section on their menu called “black sesame and tofu pudding collection”, so I asked if they have a simple black sesame and tofu pudding (a classic Chinese dessert), but the staff told me they don’t even sell black sesame?! In the end I ordered a hot purple rice tofu pudding which arrived warm at best. Do not waste your money here. Possibly the worst dessert shop I’ve experienced in HK. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

沙田的朋友有福了！ 沙田市中心終於有一家營業至凌晨1點的糖水店！ 這家店的糖水份量充足，味道傳統，所有評價均為自費品嚐後得出，值得推薦。 其中，豆腐花口感非常細滑， 特別之處在於它是用黑豆製作而成，相比黃豆製作的豆腐花，黑豆更為溫和，沒有那麼寒涼。薑汁的味道相對溫和，配料豐富，幾乎像一碗粥。 芋圓能品嚐到芋頭和紫薯的香氣，搭配紫米後，口感更加有層次！ 此外，紅柚的甘澀味與芒果的甜味結合得非常自然且正宗。不過，小丸子的口感稍顯軟爛，略微失色，但整體來說，仍然值得一試。 紫米芋圓豆腐花（配薑汁）（凍）：$45 小丸子楊枝甘露：$46 舔脷指數：7/10 甜多1點 沙田沙田正街21-27號，沙田廣場地下7B舖 Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
