Fairly busy for a late Saturday lunch. Although the very light konbu soup sent me foreboding sense of tasteless entrees, I was pleasantly surprised by some of the tastiest versions of simple Taiwanese lunch. 1) Beef with green onions - tender, juicy, and not too greasy or salty. 2) Salt and pepper wings - crispy, crunchy four piece set 3) Salmon - maybe the only hit was slightly over on the cook The accoutrements to the combo were corn, cabbage, spinach, and tofu. These were all seasoned perfectly and balanced out the meal.
