The current signboard is "Baiyizhen". The elders said that it was the earliest bakery in Shanhua (about the same time as Asian bread). This time, Chujiutian Gongsheng ordered Wusheng Stone Bread ($200). Compared with other baked egg-washed breads that are prettier/slightly larger/costing more than 350 yuan, the taste and texture are not much different. The flour cake ($10 per piece) is also good. In short, the price is affordable, and the pastries are of a certain standard. I will buy from this store every time I say goodbye in the future.
