熱辣辣嘅港式粥品，艇仔粥及皮蛋瘦肉粥就一定係最經典，然後配合蛋黃鹹肉糭及炸兩，就係最好嘅一餐。 Steaming hot Hong Kong–style congee—boat congee and preserved egg with lean pork congee are the absolute classics.
