Rating: 0/5 for Service and Management The Incident: Rigid Rules over Family Needs Upon being seated, we ordered two steamed rice dishes and a snack. Because our youngest daughter is only six years old, we wanted to see which dish she preferred before ordering a fourth item. This common-sense approach to parenting was met with immediate and aggressive resistance: Hostile Pressure: The waitress repeatedly pressured us to order more, specifically demanding we add expensive soups, creating an unnecessarily tense atmosphere. Management Malfunction: The situation escalated when a man, presumably the owner, began shouting from the kitchen. He eventually stormed out to confront us, stating he "wouldn't cook" unless we ordered everything at once. He cited "overhead costs" and claimed he had seen "too many people" leave without ordering enough, effectively punishing us for the perceived sins of past customers. Zero Empathy: Despite our clear communication that we would order for everyone once the child chose her preference, the owner remained belligerent and inflexible, essentially showing us the door. Final Verdict: No matter how good the food may be, it is never worth being treated with such blatant disrespect. If you are looking for a family-friendly environment or basic courtesy, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
