A Hidden Gem in Ginza This place truly feels like a hidden treasure in Ginza. It was almost impossible to get a dinner reservation, but fortunately a friend managed to secure one about three weeks in advance, which allowed us to finally visit. Every dish we tried was excellent and beautifully prepared. The tempura rice bowl (tendon), seafood rice bowl (kaisen-don), Japanese-style kimchi stew, fried shrimp (ebi fry), and sashimi were all delicious and very clean in flavor. The food pairs wonderfully with an ice-cold Asahi draft beer (nama beer), and they also offer a good selection of Japanese spirits such as barley shochu and sweet potato shochu, making it a great place to fully enjoy the harmony between food and drinks. Compared to the past, it feels like there are more international visitors now. The restaurant also accepts credit cards, and there is staff who can communicate in English, so it should be comfortable even for overseas travelers. If you visit Tokyo, this is definitely a place worth experiencing. The owner’s wife kindly explains each dish and pays close attention to the guests, while the elderly chef still focuses entirely on preparing the food with great care and dedication. A truly memorable dining experience in Ginza. 銀座の宝物のようなお店 ここは本当に銀座の宝物のようなお店です。 夜はなかなか予約が取れないことで知られていますが、今回は知人が約3週間前に予約を取ってくれたおかげで訪れることができました。 いただいた料理はどれも非常に美味しく、丁寧に作られていました。天丼、海鮮丼、日本風キムチ鍋、エビフライ、そして刺身まで、どの料理もとても美味しく、味わいもとてもきれいでした。 冷たいアサヒの生ビールと一緒に楽しむとさらに最高です。また、麦焼酎や芋焼酎なども豊富に揃っており、お酒と料理の相性を存分に楽しめるお店です。 以前に比べると外国人の旅行客も増えている印象でした。現在はクレジットカードも利用でき、英語で対応できる方もいらっしゃるので、海外からの旅行者でも安心して訪れることができると思います。 東京を訪れる際にはぜひ一度行ってみてほしいお店です。女将さんが一つ一つの料理について丁寧に説明してくださり、とても細やかな気配りを感じられます。そして今もなお、料理人であるご主人は料理そのものに全ての情熱を注いでいる姿が印象的でした。 銀座でとても記憶に残る食事体験でした。.
