おばあちゃん家に帰ったような淡水の秘境にあるレストラン／喫茶店。今日は2階の喫茶店にお邪魔しました。コーヒーをお茶コップでいただくという斬新な飲み方、ちゃんと味わってほしいという店長さんの思いが伝わってきて、手作りのケリルとクッキーも絶品です。 日々の忙しさを忘れてのんびりできて、ご馳走様でした。. A traditional restaurant with an incredible history and a truly unforgettable dining experience. The service was impeccable — honestly, better than many Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve visited. The traditional dishes are beautifully presented with elegance and attention to detail, creating an explosion of flavors with every bite. It is absolutely worth visiting. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience. The atmosphere is also fantastic, beautifully blending modern elements with the charm and character of the restaurant’s traditional heritage. A wonderful place where history, tradition, elegance, and incredible flavors come together. Highly recommended!
