We stopped by for a weekday lunch. The roast chicken was made to order on the spot and was very delicious. We were given a pair of thick cotton gloves that was covered in a plastic glove to tear into the chicken. The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender. The Magao (Maqaw) salt that was served as a dip for the chicken was the ultimate combo, providing a fruity citrusy and peppery boost to the meat. We loved it. The owner uncle was really friendly and shared information about Magao with us when we were curious about the pepper dip. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
