It’s true!! There is a vegetarian food van here. It’s parked near the 7-11 and I have included a photo of the rear view. Google coordinates are accurate. Tonight it was on the back of a small turquoise van - May25. Lots of food carts set up along this road for the evening.

It’s super delicious! I’m so lucky to have it as My first meal in Mae Sai! The boss said it called “wan-dou-fan(in Chinese)” which is made of yellow beans. And it is made with some specific noodle, vegetables, peanut powder. It it so great! I have it for three days!
