今天到礁溪旅遊，特地選了這家高評分火鍋店，環境真的很不錯，空間寬敞又舒適，整體氛圍很好。餐點表現也很優秀，海鮮新鮮、牛肉品質佳，味道令人滿意，兩大一小消費約2600元，選套餐會比單點更划算。服務方面一開始有點誤會。因為我入座時短時間內換了兩次位置，可能增加了店員的負擔。後來觀察才發現，那位戴眼鏡的女店員其實非常忙碌又認真，只是節奏快、語氣比較直接，給人的感覺偏冷，但並不是不友善。用餐途中有提醒90分鐘用餐時間，當下會覺得有點被催，但回頭想應該是忙碌時段的正常安排。其他店員（特別是一位年輕男生）則非常細心，整體服務其實是加分的。整體來說，是一家「食物很好、服務偏直接但其實很努力」的店。如果在親切感上再多一點點，相信會更容易讓人一試成主顧。 Visited Jiaoxi and picked this highly rated hot pot spot — the environment did not disappoint. The space is clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The food was excellent. Fresh seafood, high-quality beef, and overall very satisfying. We spent around NT$2,600 for two adults and one child, and the set menu is definitely better value than ordering à la carte. At first, I misunderstood the service a bit. I changed seats twice shortly after being seated, which may have added some pressure on the staff. Later on, I realized the female staff member with glasses was actually very hardworking and efficient — just extremely busy. Her tone came across as direct and her expression serious, but it felt more like focus than unfriendly service. We were reminded of the 90-minute dining limit during the meal, which felt a bit rushed at the time, but was likely due to a busy period. Other staff members, especially a young male server, were very attentive and helpful, which added positively to the experience. Overall, great food and a comfortable environment. Service may feel a bit direct at times, but you can tell the team is putting in real effort. With just a bit more warmth, this place could easily become a regular go-to.
