Every dish is executed very well with an amazing attention to detail. It’s just great! From the flavor of classic Chinese dishes while minding the local Taiwanese palate (carnivorous or not) to the texture of their meat substitutes I was amazed. The service is also outstanding. Very hospitable and genuine people. They also service a non-alcoholic beer that is a must for even if you are not a beer fan. The malty floral scent washes down easy and cleanses the palate leaving more room for more flavor in the next bite. Also, noteworthy is that it is fortified with vitamin B12, essential for those on a plant based diet. I will be sure to come back every time I visit Taiwan.
