The sake pairing is exquisite. Food was good but not blown away and some dishes just straightup ordinary. Took full 4 hours for tasting, pretty weary by the end. Sommelier and servers excellent tho.

6000 NT$ pp feels a little stiff for Taiwan, but the culinary quality is absolutely superb, as are the services & presentations. It's in the same building as chef Andre's Raw.
