Here’s a polished review you can post: “Absolutely wonderful experience at Qin Kitchen! The food is incredibly authentic and delicious, truly capturing the flavors of Xi’an. Having been married to a Chinese wife for over two decades and having lived in China for nearly 15 years, we are usually very skeptical when it comes to Chinese food outside of China. What a pleasant surprise this was! Every dish was full of flavor and prepared with great attention to authenticity. Keep up the excellent work—you will definitely be seeing us often.
