昨日誕生日だったから、今日は有給休暇を取って台北へ美味しいものを食べに行った。カウンター席しかない日本食フュージョンの米匠へ！ここは1200元（約4400円）のおまかせコースのみ量は気持ち少ないけど全部で15品の料理を目の前で仕上げてくれる雰囲気と味の塩梅も良くとっても気持ちの良い90分間のランチでした。お茶はジャスミン茶だけど、酢飯に合うのは良い意味で予想外。日本酒は徳利一杯で900元魚の季節毎に訪れたい店

An unforgettable omakase experience from start to finish!! The food was incredibly fresh and everything we tried tasted really nice, from the first bite to the last. The cozy counter vibe made the evening feel very personal – the chef introduced each dish to us, and the assistant added even more detail so we could truly appreciate every course. The chef even treated us to his own homemade plum wine, which was absolutely delicious and instantly lifted the mood; you could feel everyone at the counter vibing with it. It turned into a really unforgettable experience, and considering the quality and care put into each dish, the price is surprisingly affordable (less than 4000TWD for 2 people, including add-ons and service charge) Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special omakase night.
