I showed the staff a picture of the dish when ordering because I cannot read the menu. I clearly pointed to the item in the photo to avoid any confusion. However, the food that arrived was a completely different dish. When I informed the staff about the mistake, instead of trying to help or solve the issue, they insisted that I did not order according to the picture. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a tourist trying my best to communicate by showing a photo, this kind of attitude was very disappointing. The staff were unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake and made me feel uncomfortable. The whole experience completely ruined my appetite and left a very bad impression of this place. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service: 1
