2025年8月に訪問。 入店すると、少しだけ日本語が書いてあるメニューを渡してくれました。 家族4人で色々と美味しく食べました！ 酢豚は甘い味付け。そして、エビは茹でた温かいものが出て来ると思ってたら冷たいもので少し躊躇。でも、冷たいエビも美味しかったです。6品食べてジュースとビール2本のんで約1000ドルでした。また旅行で行った時は訪問したいと思います。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Dining at Hung Ling Restaurant in Yau Ma Tei was a lively and enjoyable experience. The restaurant captures the essence of a traditional 大排檔 atmosphere, bustling, energetic, and full of character. It’s the kind of place where the vibrant environment adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal, making you feel immersed in authentic Hong Kong dining culture. The food was excellent, with several standout dishes. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, prepared in a way that highlighted their natural taste. The squid was tender and well‑seasoned, offering just the right balance of texture and flavor. I also particularly enjoyed the 滷水 dishes, which were rich, aromatic, and comforting, which was clearly made with care and skill. Together, these dishes showcased the kitchen’s ability to deliver quality and variety. Service was another highlight. Despite the busy environment, the staff remained attentive, efficient, and friendly. They managed the crowd well and ensured that dishes arrived promptly, which made the dining experience smooth and pleasant. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $300–350
