It was an awful customer service!!! I spent more than NT4,000 for 2 person lunch but it didn't worth it at all. Because we were celebrating my husband birthday, I asked the birthday cake plate when I made reservation. But they totally forgot about it…But this was not only one mistake they did. They severed a wrong dish that we didnt order. And their excuse was because chef misread the order. Right after that, waiter took away our breads even though we were still eating. Another funny thing is that if you need a menu without price for guests, you need to ask in advance. But this restaurant will forget a birthday case asked in advance. I never hard of such a excuse in my life. The biggest problem of this restaurant is any waiters never apologized of any of their mistakes!!! 高額な価格(ランチ２人で4000元以上)にも関わらず、最悪なサービスだった。予約時に誕生日のお祝いなのでBirthday Cakeをお願いしていたのにもかかわず、忘れて準備していなかった。メインコースも間違えて頼んでもないポークが出てくる。食べている途中のパンを片付ける。ゲスト用の価格が無いメニューをお願いしたら、事前にお願いしないと無いと言われた。この価格帯で、価格が表示されてないメニューもないことも未体験。事前にお願いしたBirthday Cakeを忘れるようなサービスのレベルからしたら、ただの言い訳にしか聞こえない。でも、一番も問題は、これらの不行き届きのサービスに対して、申し訳ないという態度も、謝罪の一言もないこと。

料理は美味しくて綺麗な店だと思うけどちょっと値段は高い！サービスはいい！店員さんも丁寧で色々やってくれました！お薦めします！
