On June 18, 2026, I arrived at the restaurant at 10 AM for a pineapple bun and hot milk tea. After waiting 20 minutes, neither 1 of my orders arrived. I asked the waitress if the chef might have missed my order. She seemed to do nothing afterwards. Five minutes later, I asked another waitress, who again simply told me to wait and did nothing! I waited a few more minutes, unsure when my food would arrive. (Two other groups of customers who entered after me had already finished breakfast and were about to leave! Customers who ordered after me received their coffee or milk tea almost instantly!) Finally, at 10:30 AM, my food & drink still hadn't arrived, so I had to leave! There was nothing I could do! I didn't know how long I'd have to wait. Very sad experience! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–50

Got humiliated by the manager for not being finishing the meal quickly enough as they want to sit in new customers. If this type of services continues, I wouldn't go there again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
