場所は台北の１０１に近い場所で結構便利。お店の雰囲気もメニューのプレゼンテーションも綺麗ですっごいおしゃれ！でも重要な味はまあまあ。シチューの味が薄すぎる。パンもそこそこ。発行してないパンなのかな？こんがり焼いたフレンチトーストかなって思ったら焼いてない、こねたパン生地食べてるみたいで口には合わなかった。低カロリー、低脂肪のレストランだから味がないのが普通なのかな？でもサービスは最悪。（二人いたけど一人は態度ひどい。でももう一人はすっごく丁寧にオーダーまで聞いてくれて親切です。このクレームはあくまでサービスが悪い方の店員の態度に不満でした。）席までつくのに相当時間かかる。しかも二階に暇なウエイトレスがいたにもかかわらずシェフが席までご案内。しかも席に着いたらオーダーは一階までいかなくちゃいけなかったんだけど、本当に何で？店員さん側にいるじゃん。お店も相当広くないのに何でわざわざ人を待たせて席にやっとついたのにまた一階に降りてオーダーしなくちゃいけないわけ。水も食器も全部セルフサービス。サービスがあーだからまた来ようとは思わない。他に美味しい店がいっぱいあるからそっちに行ったほうがいいかも。 Great destination, at the heart of taipei city. The ambiance and the presentation of the dishes were really fancy. It took forever for us to be seated regardless of the fact that there were two waitresses for the store. In anything, the chef just told us to go up stairs and when we went up, the waitress took us to our seats. I thought to myself "Really, chef, you could have just told us to go up. We wouldn't have had to wait. " And on top of all the waiting, we had to go down stairs to order our food. This absolutely makes no sense. One of the waitress was super sweet with us (I guess she saw how weirded out I was) and took our orders instead. However, there was this one waitress that totally would not help us out or even explain to us the system. I really think she made the entire experience worse. She even offered us to sit in the corner seat that literally only fits one person. Honestly, I was offended- because there was a big table that was empty right in front of us. Let's talk about food. The the risotto was super healthy and great. The stew however though, had no taste. or they lacked in salt and flavour. Perhaps this had to do with the fact that its a low cal low GI low carb place. The bread was alright. I guess it wasn't to my likings. If you were to go to this place, I hope that you get the nice waitress...because for me at least, it affects my dining experience.

I’m always on the look for farm-to-table restaurants and I was so glad to find Pure Cucina. Husband and I went for dinner last night, Our favorite was the pork chop and grits topped with a tasty Luo Shenhua sauce and purple sweet potatoes. Food was delicious, service was attentive and presentation, DIVINE, not to mention the prices were very reasonable for a fine dinning restaurant in the center of the city. Glad to find a restaurant that almost exclusively uses meats, poultry, dairy and produce from organic Taiwan farms. We'll definitely come back!!!!
