Look for the entrance of the CC Mall so that the escalator can lead you down to the basement where a small food court and 素一素 are. I came in from the HK Industrial Centre and took the very old school human operated lift to get to the basement (car park) and then walked in. It was a bit confusing. For lunch, they have a variety of vegan dishes that one may choose 3-4 of them. The lunch set includes quinoa rice and veggie soup as well. The food is good, not too oily or salty. I assume that they also don’t serve 五辛 (five spices) there because it looks like a Buddhist restaurant. Love that the dining area is independent from the rest of the food court. Service staffers can speak English so communication shouldn’t be a problem. I’d really look forward to testing out their dinner menu soon! Very nice owner, super helpful in taking orders. Food tasted great! The restaurant is inside a huge building called „industrial building“. It’s looked in the basement. (b1) Take the escalator and go downstairs. A little tricky to find, enter from the north side of the Industrial Centre, find the escalator down to the food court, it is on the right side next to the escalator once on the lower floor, but well worth it. Great food, a friendly and helpful owner (I assume) that tolerated my lack of much Cantonese, and a very pleasant nook of the food court seating area that makes one forget that is even in a food court setting. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
