Fish siomai is a street snack well-known to Hong Kong people. It is made from cheap fish meat, minced into fish paste and mixed with flour. It can be used as breakfast when you rework in the morning. Just take a few pills to hold up the stall. It is convenient and cheap, and there is a stall nearby. However, the ones you eat in the market are usually machine-made products. There is a lot of fish flavor, but there is a pinch of powder in the mouth. The lumpy taste is so unpalatable that it will kill you. Personally, I think Yijiadian Siomai is the best I have ever eaten in Central. It has a smoky, chewy texture and a fishy flavor. A little soy sauce and chili oil add to the texture. The location is on the ground floor of No. 87 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan. The transportation is convenient. The shop is very detailed and clean. The shop fully utilizes the stair space. There is no dine-in only for takeaway. In addition to Siomai, breakfast also includes ham and egg noodles, and so on. Fried rice noodles, sandwiches, rice noodles, glutinous rice chicken, egg noodles, fried noodles, rice rolls, etc. There are also other snacks for lunch such as Fried Stuffed Three Treasures and Set Meals... The price is economical and good, so you might as well go and check it out.
