Luckily, we stumbled upon this cozy restaurant in the bustling downtown area. Upon hearing our dietary needs, the owner immediately agreed to customise our meals into meat-free versions. This heartwarming kindness filled us with gratitude before we even took our first bite. [Light and Comforting Home–Style Cooking]: The dishes here aren't overly fancy, but they are incredibly comforting and perfectly cooked! Whether it was the stir-fried vegetables, fried eggs, or tomato scrambled eggs, every dish was light and completely grease-free. There was no heavy seasoning, leaving us feeling refreshed rather than thirsty. The assorted stir-fried noodles were also exceptionally generous and packed with ingredients.
