Hmm, a bit of mixed feelings with this place which I tried for the first time last night. While the KTV experience was rather enjoyable with good sound system and large/comfy room, we found that the service could be improved in the following area: We made booking for 3 pax/3 hours via WhatsApp. When we arrived, a package of dinner + room ($132++) was offered to us by the staff. We decided to go with it since it seemed quite value for money. We stayed for 3 hours, as per our reservation. The total bill came up to $239. When we went to clarify, the staff apologised and explained that the $132++ package only covered 2 hours and we were charged an additional $68 for the 1 hour extension. Upon agreeing to choose this package: 1) The staff did not clarify or inform us in advance that this was only for 2 hours and we would have to pay $68 for the additional hour. I believe we would have cut short the session to 2 hours if that was the case. 2) When we reached the 2 hour mark, staff did not approach us to confirm that our time for the package was up and we would have to pay the $68. While we paid the bill without a fuss, the misunderstanding still felt very unpleasant. We chose the $132 package without being given FULL information of what we were signing up for, so the bill came as a surprise to us. Hope the management can remind staff to give full picture and information before causing misunderstanding to customers. The fact that the staff apologised for her oversight indicates that this was not our fault at all.

It was a blast to visit Pure K. The room is well renovated with terrific lighting, sound, song database system, large screens and aircon control. The songs are new and easy to search. The food was above average and a pleasant surprise. Very good and attentive service from the staff. The charges at non-peak hours were very competitive. Can't wait to go again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 40–50 Vegetarian options: Not sure Dietary restrictions: May cater to some dietary restrictions

We come here with big group. The sound effect ok. But just one of your staff wear black spec. I heard other staff call him Chris. Really unprofessional behaviour. Disturb one of our lady ask contact number. What the hell your worker doing. Is it your staff behaviour like this? Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
