2018/09/13 (Thursday) 16:15 Egg Yolk Crispy ($35) is a Mid-Autumn Festival limited edition, made with real ingredients, cheap and delicious. The crust is crispy, the red bean puree is moderately sweet, and not greasy at all. The middle is filled with a whole salted egg yolk, which has an eggy and slightly salty flavor. The whole thing is delicious. Every Mid-Autumn Festival, I must check in. It must have been more than 20 years since I was a snack. 2021/09/17 (Friday) 14:30 You can buy just one egg yolk cake ($39), or it comes in gift boxes of 6, 12, etc.
