Coconut Royal Fish Maw Braised Chicken Soup was my favorite dish of the night. The soup base is sweet and the coconut flavor is strong. I feel so moisturized after drinking it. There are three ways to eat sliced duck. The first way is to use duck skin with explosive candy, the second way is to use duck breast with yellow mustard, and the third way is to eat it in a traditional way. The roast duck has crispy skin and tender meat. It is served with a special sweet sauce and cucumber, and is rolled into pancakes. You can feel the oily aroma of the roast duck in every bite without feeling greasy. It is delicious. Zhang's lion head is a big piece of meat with soft texture and rich soup. Every bite is full of meat flavor. The restaurant knows that the lion's head has a strong flavor, so it was so thoughtful to serve us a small bowl of white rice. This service is really worth praising. The cumin lamb rack is cooked just right, every piece is cooked until it's charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
