Extremely poor dining experience: 1. The restaurant had no air-conditioning in operation, the indoor temperature was unbearably high 2. The entire order had simply been ignored. To make matters worse, there was no apology whatsoever, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. 3. A portable blower’s heat exhaust was directed straight at consumer's table for the entire duration of the dining. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We went a few days ago for dinner. Why didn't they say the AC was not working before anyone walked in. Then my fish didn't came when all the other dishes were done. The waiter confirmed that someone had mistakenly ripped up the order. No discounts or even an offer of cold water/drink. You have got to be kidding me.
