I recommends it's 酸菜鱼. I have tasted this dish in various sichuan restaurants, this restaurant offers some thing very unique. How should I put it... Unlike the other restaurants 酸菜鱼the 老四川豆花庄 blends the 酸菜 well in the dish without the sour taste being too prominent. I give it a 4 stars until I tasted the rest of the dishes.
