閉店間際に来店。トマトのやつは台湾感があまりないので台湾っぽい牛肉麺が食べたい場合はおすすめしない。ただ普通にうまい。 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

閉店ギリギリでしたが、入店させてもらえました。麺はモチモチで豚肉は柔らかく、野菜はシャキシャキです。スープはー。。。かなりサッパリしてます。濃い目が好きな人は、好きではないかも。他にもトマトを使った麺もある様なので、そちらの方が良いかも。

老師ㄟ麵 - Pure Magic in a Bowl This tiny beef noodle spot in Kaohsiung is absolutely incredible, and it’s all thanks to one amazing woman who runs the entire show by herself. The moment you walk in, she greets you with the biggest smile and finds you a seat. Then you get to watch her work her magic - she’s literally doing everything. Taking orders, chopping vegetables, stirring that gorgeous broth, serving steaming bowls, clearing tables, chatting with regulars. I’ve never seen anyone move so smoothly between being host, cook, server, and busser all at once. It’s like watching a master craftsperson at work. And the beef noodles? Holy cow. The broth is rich and complex - you can tell it’s been simmering for hours. The beef is so tender it falls apart with your chopsticks, and the noodles have that perfect chewy bite. Everything comes out at exactly the right temperature, topped with fresh scallions and just enough chili oil to make your taste buds dance. What really gets me is how personal she makes everything. She remembers what regulars like, adjusts the spice without being asked, and somehow keeps everyone happy despite being the only person working. The whole place has this warm, communal vibe where you end up chatting with strangers and feeling like you’re part of something special. This isn’t just about great food (though it really is great). It’s about experiencing what makes Taiwanese food culture so amazing - that personal touch, the genuine care, the way one person’s passion can turn a simple meal into something you’ll remember forever.
