This is very possibly the best 饭团 in Tainan, or whole of Taiwan Her rice is always moist and can last for a few days without drying up! Rice stickiness is balance, not being too sticky soggy or too “loose” grainy.. This grandma told me her rice is a combo of glutinous & normal rice with the right ratio! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
