I feel like I’m getting old when I now look forward to group Chinese dinners more than French fine dining. As the designated foodie in the group, my mission is always to find better and newer restaurants for the next gathering And Sing Garden checked many boxes — free corkage, private room, karaoke, and most importantly, really solid food. They have plenty of specialty dishes, so I highly recommend pre-ordering your favourites or asking the restaurant to write a custom menu in advance. We went all-in on the specialty dishes (大菜) because you simply can’t waste the quota The steamed geoduck and pork was a stunner — giant, sweet geoduck in a drooling sauce. Don’t forget to add the noodles! The cheung fun was done differently here — lightly pan-seared to keep it soft and moist instead of deep-fried Their frying skills also impressed me. The beef rib had an ultra-thin, cicada-shell-like (蟬衣) batter that delivered serious crunch, while the baked pork chop offered a different crispiness with breadcrumb coating. The baked pork chop rice might be one of the best I’ve had in a long time — that crazy amount of scallion was perfect Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

a long list of fine food the only catch is that the list is too long that the food comes fairly slowly there a also on site karaoke that is double edge sword that the noise level can be a bit over the top. the chicken is good and the fish is also good baked cheese pork chop rice is also not bad Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: plenty

I absolutely loved this place! The harbour view is stunning, and the staff are incredibly attentive. We had the $628 HKD dinner set, and it was worth every penny. The scallops, shredded fish soup with those crispy fish cubes, and the steamed egg white dessert were standout dishes. Highly recommended!
