Years later you will categorize memories as before and after experiencing Vivis. she exudes passion, curiosity, dedication, bravery, compassion, exploration and ingenuity. a force of 1, as Ramanujan is to maths she is to the culinary arts in Taiwan. its rare to see somene so uninhibited and imaginative. if the seafood were any fresher it would still be on the line. she honors that quailty while guiding a dish gently to be her own. we even wanted her playlist.
