與山咖啡藏在鹽水老城區的街巷裡，店面不大，卻有一種讓人願意慢下來的節奏。 走進店裡，除了咖啡香之外，更吸引人的是空間裡的細節。從書架上的讀物、牆上的海報，到店主選擇陳列的內容，都能感受到一種對地方、文化與生活方式的關心。不是刻意營造的文青風格，而是長期累積後自然形成的氣質。 咖啡表現穩定，適合在鹽水街區散步時停下來坐坐。比起單純販售飲品，這裡更像是一個讓人閱讀、聊天與觀察地方生活的小空間。 在許多老城鎮努力尋找新生命的今天，這樣的店存在本身就很有價值。 Hidden within the historic streets of Yanshui, Yu Shan Coffee is a small café with a pace that encourages visitors to slow down.
