Wow, what an offal noodles shop. It mainly offers pig offal with noodles. For example, liver, lung, intestine, stomach etc. It was my first visit and I picked a simple one 3 kinds of offal with noodles. , Liver, small intestine and stomach with noodles. It really surprised me with the freshness. The liver was so good, al dente, without unpleasant flavor. Only 3 pieces and not very big. 3 pieces of small intestine and 4 pieces of stomach. They were also very fresh. It was cooked with pepper soup to avoid the unpleasant flavour and made a little spicy. The noodles was so and so. 2nd Visit Simply picked pig liver noodle. So good. Thick cut liver was so al dente and did not any weird flavours. 3rd visit Jun 2026 This time I picked its fresh beef noodle. It is not bad but it was not comparable with those hotpot beef. It was not very chewy but it did have some tendon which I could not swallow. There were around 10 pieces of beef. 4th Visit This time, I picked the chef recommended pan fried pig offal and a dish of boiled vegetables. The vegetables was ok. The pan fried offal was not my cup of tea. I expected a lot more aroma with the ginger and spring onion but the taste was very thin. In fact, I found that they offal was boiled first and then fried( for a little while?). Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$50–100

Pig liver was thick and tendertruly excellent. Peppery soup was bland though. The fried mixed organs was pretty good as well, plenty of wok hei. Only down side was it was too salty. Nevertheless, pretty good overall. Will definitely drop by again when I’m in the area . One other thing, be prepared to wait during lunch time cos the place was packed with a long queue outside.
