My favorite restaraunt in Taiwan and the owner is very interestingWe were lucky enough to get a reservation after the owner/chef had caught a tuna and a flying fish.The presentation and taste was absolutely amazing.Both were served as sashimi and its the best way for me to taste the freshness.We were also able to play our own music at a respectful level and bring our own alchohol to the tableI strongly recommend to come here and arrive 4:30-5pm as he sells out fast.We're already planning our next trip back to Lanyu later this year and will come back to this restaraunt as many times as possible Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
