One of the best service experiences I’ve had in Taiwan. I was changing seats with my partner because I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to avoid the fan blowing directly at me. A waitress named Alison 彭 proactively came over and offered to turn off the fan above us before we even asked. That level of attentiveness was truly impressive. Then another staff member noticed our tea getting low and immediately came to refill it to make sure we had enough. Shortly after, another lady saw we had finished the chicken feet and had bones left on the plate, and she quickly replaced the plates right away. The service team was extremely observant, proactive, and genuinely caring throughout the meal. As for the food, I think there’s still room for improvement overall. The best dishes for us were the chicken feet and the pan-fried chive dumplings. I’m still giving 5 stars because the service absolutely deserves it, and I don’t want a 4-star review to negatively impact their overall rating. Hopefully the owner and chef continue improving the food quality and flavors, because the hospitality here is already outstanding. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There are countless dining options in this mall, but we ended up at this dim sum restaurant — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Since it was Lunar New Year, there was a short wait of about ten minutes to be seated. However, this gave us the perfect excuse to stroll around the mall a bit, and the staff was thoughtful enough to call us on the phone the moment our table was ready, which made the experience feel seamless and stress-free. Once seated, we were blown away by the food. Each dish transported us straight back to Hong Kong — authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fried beef noodles, in particular, were absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfectly seasoned, with that delicate balance of textures and flavors that makes you savor each mouthful. The ordering process was refreshingly quick and efficient, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive. Their professionalism combined with genuine friendliness added so much to the overall experience. From the moment we arrived to the final bite of dessert, everything felt carefully considered and executed. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this dim sum restaurant is a must-try. The combination of authentic flavors, impeccable service, and thoughtful touches like the phone call waiting system makes it a standout dining experience in the city.
