I've been here before with the kids, whatever they had last year was good. I ordered one thing randomly not knowing what it was bit the boiling soup was looking hearty. It was chives, daikon, pig blood, pig intestines. Super clear soup, Clean tasting intestines, some spicy pickled greens. Was so delicious even in the blistering summer heat.
