「虎ノ門 とだか」は、五反田の予約困難店「食堂とだか」の系譜を継ぐ人気店。2022年1月、虎ノ門ヒルズ ビジネスタワー3階「虎ノ門横丁」に、ポップアップ出店を経てオープンしました。 予約は取りづらいものの、トレタを定期的に確認しているとキャンセル枠が出ることもあり、比較的予約できるタイミングがあります。 この日は、土曜日の17時00分に予約して1人で訪問。 予約は、3日前に取りました。 店内は、まるで路面店のような活気ある雰囲気。カウンター席だけでなく、テーブル席も用意されています。 メニューは、以下の2種類のみ。 ・13,000円コース（ノンアルコール） ・15,000円コース（アルコール付き） 今回は、「15,000円のアルコール付きコース」を注文しました。 コースのラインナップは、 ※提供順 ウニ・オン・ザ・煮卵 とだチキ（柚子胡椒） 真鯛のお椀（焼きレモン風味） 鰹のたたき、焼きナス、長芋煮浸し フグの唐揚げ（長芋の煮浸しと共に） フグの白子の酢飯リゾット 日向夏のゼリー和え（アーモンド） 鴨肉、ルッコラ、白舞茸 ホタルイカ、フルーツトマト、ウルイの生姜煮 甘納豆チーズ餅（キャビアのせ） 筍牛ご飯 （持ち帰り） ソーキそば 梅つけ麺（アオサのつけ汁） とだカレー イチゴ大福 （持ち帰り） 名物の「ウニ・オン・ザ・煮卵」からスタートし、季節の食材を使った料理を、お腹いっぱい楽しめるコース内容です。食べきれない場合は、一部持ち帰りにも対応しています。 また、ドリンクメニューも豊富で、日本酒まで飲み放題なのも魅力です。 「フグの唐揚げ」は、まずそのまま味わい、その後に長芋の煮浸しへ浸していただくスタイルです。 "サクッ"と揚がった衣に出汁が"じんわり"染み込み、噛むたびに旨みが広がります。 4品提供される〆の料理の中でも、特に印象に残ったのが「とだカレー」です。 スパイス感とコクのバランスが良く、添えられたピクルスも良いアクセントになっていました。 予約が取れれば、定期的に訪問したいです。 Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2年ぶりのとだか 予約した日から今日まで待ち遠しかったーー まず感動したのが自家製コーラ コーラ好きにはたまらない一杯で、たくさんの薬草を使っているのにクセがなくて、すっきり爽やか。お料理の邪魔をしない絶妙な甘さで、何杯でも飲みたくなる美味しさでした お料理はというと、お出汁がとにかく上品で、気づいたらお箸が止まらない！ そして最後はまさかの、ご飯・麺・カレー全部楽しめる贅沢な展開️ 量は調整できるので女性でも安心だし、欲張りな私は全部少しずついただきました 今はキャンセル待ちのみとのことなので、行けたら本当にラッキーなお店です！ Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been checking the vacancy information posted on Instagram Stories for several years. . . Finally, finally, I was able to make a reservation! This is the long-awaited “Toranomon Todaka”! I made the mistake of eating some sweets just before my reservation was scheduled, but I didn't eat anything after that and waited until 8pm to start! Toranomon Yokocho is full of foreigners and is very lively! When you go up the escalator, you will see the path to Belly Pan. . . LOL There is a counter and table! I'll take a seat at the table! It comes with all-you-can-drink, and it's 15,000 yen with alcoholic drinks, 13,000 yen without! Of course, I'd like the price to be 15,000 yen, which includes alcohol! The memorable first drink is called “Toda Biano” and has a mandarin orange flavor? First of all, this beer was absolutely delicious, and even though there were a lot of other dishes to come, I almost ended up refilling it lol.The first item was the famous ``sea urchin on the boiled egg''! There was plenty of salmon roe on top, and both the visuals and the taste were amazing! Delicious food will be delivered one after another from here! ``Taro fried chicken'', ``bonito and nagaimo somen'', ``grapefruit Shirawa'', ``Wagyu beef and chili pepper rolls'', ``Amanatto cheese mochi'', ``Kiwi daifuku'', etc., were all so delicious that I couldn't say anything other than the best! And the finale, which can be called the main event! LOL On this day, we started with nodoguro rice, followed by ``Aosa Somen'', ``Beef Offal Mapo'', ``Plum Pickled Interview'', and ``Toda Curry''! Before each item is brought to me, I am asked how much I want to eat, and halfway through, I end up replying, "It's a little..." and my stomach is so full! lol Anyway, it was a very satisfying meal! I made my next reservation, and it was for December 2024! (I'm worried about whether I'll remember...lol) This is a store I definitely want to visit again! Thank you for the meal!
