There turns out to be a very hidden Japanese-style yakiniku shop in Tsim Sha Tsui District. It specializes in skewers and grilled food. Although the place is small, it has all the essentials. The restaurant also offers a variety of alcoholic beverages, and the grilled food is excellent. The overall taste of the food is on the salty side, so it’s recommended to pair it with wine as it’s just right. The skewers are cooked well and the heat is good Specially recommend the roasted oysters, they are fresh, sweet and delicious. After finishing one portion, you can’t help but order another one. The fried foie gras is fried until the outer layer is a little crispy, and the liver is plump and delicious. Paired with pineapple and salad, it's just right to relieve fatigue. The portion of stir-fried pig ears in XO sauce is quite large and very spicy! First class wine delivery The fish with open sides tasted meat. The clerk said it was cooked overnight, but it was still a bit salty. It might be better paired with wine, but overall it’s delicious.
