I ordered a double espresso with their fruitiest smelling beans. The ordering process was a bit confusing, though. Customers are supposed to order via QR code, but the bean selection shown online wasn’t the same as the one available when asking the staff directly. That said, the espresso itself was very tasty. The last sip, once it had cooled down, was a bit too acidic for my liking, but the rest of the cup was well balanced with a nice body and plenty of fruity notes. The staff was friendly and happy to talk about the beans available that day. The drinks arrived relatively quickly. Water was self service, and my espresso wasn’t served with a glass of water, which I would have appreciated. The café itself is very modern and minimalist. Given the heat outside, it was pleasantly cool inside, and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. One thing that stood out was how loud the grinder was in such a large and sound reflective room. I think that could be improved. Also it’s quite hard to find if you’re not already in the museum but want to visit from the outside. They put up signs though. I didn’t try any food or pastries and didn’t check for WiFi or power outlets. Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
